SIR – It’s been reported that ships and helicopters from the EU Navy have been used in the search for a yacht hijacked in the Seychelles, although these actually belong to the Royal Navy.
That would appear to be it then – Britain is no longer a country. If the EU has taken control of our armed forces then there really is no more to be said. The European federalists have won, they have their country called Europe and it’s been done without any citizens being asked. Referendum? Don’t be stupid, they have those in democracies – the EU is no democracy.
Just wait until they announce an EU football team to replace England, Germany, and so on in some future World Cup. Then there’ll be trouble.
