Sir – I can’t understand why the city council has decided to scrap a large range of motorised tooling to comply with health and safety laws.
Does it not know there is on the market a wide range of inexpensive anti-vibration gloves and other items to protect operators from vibration?
Why did it spend so much money on tooling just a few months ago, that should have met health and safety laws, only to scrap it all?
It seems strange that private companies do not make the same mistakes.
