SIR – Councillor Chris Cheeseman says in his letter that the local Lib Dems have not made any real progress. May I remind him that these same Lib Dems held every county council seat in West Worcestershire and have just taken a district council seat from the Tories with a whopping 17 per cent swing. If that’s lack of progress, let’s have some more.
