SIR – On Friday, September 25, my sister and I went to a reunion of pupils who attended Hallow School between 1934 and the 1950s. We thought it was a great success with about 150 ex-pupils present. We met up with people we had not seen since leaving school (me in 1946 and my sister in 1954) and had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
The organisers, especially Ann Bowlcott, who was the contact, deserve a very big thank you. Thanks also to the providers of the delicious home-made cakes. Thanks to all for a very pleasant afternoon.
