SIR – We would just like to thank all staff at Perdiswell Primary School, Worcestershire’s ambulance service and Worcestershire hospital for the wonderful, fast response for our daughter.
She became poorly on a coach trip home and wouldn’t wake. Staff immediately took action and tried to bring her round and when they couldn’t called an ambulance, which was at the school in five minutes.
Paramedics were brilliant. She eventually woke and we were rushed to A&E. Staff were very thorough and kind. We were taken to the children’s ward and staff were brilliant. They deserve a medal for all the hard work and kindness they give.
I would also like to thank my friends who looked after our other two children when I went in the ambulance and Mrs Hornberger for staying with us.
Our daughter is now back home and well. Words cannot express how grateful we are.
ZOE AND JAMIE LAYTON,
Worcester.
