SIR - We read that Worcestershire is being told it doesn't appoint enough people from ethnic minorities into top jobs at County Hall. Surely the Council for Racial Equality could show the way by replacing the chairman Richard Woodhead with someone from an ethnic community, preferably with a sense of humour and proportion?
