SIR - Care homes for the elderly have come in for lots of criticism over the years so we'd like to redress the balance and give credit where credit is due.
Dad (Reg Briggs) has been in Red Hill Court Care Home, London Road, for the past 14 months since he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
Sadly, he died on December 31 but his care was excellent to the end.
All the staff are kind, caring, helpful and cheerful - even the food is good! The place itself has been well planned with lots of space. So, should you find a loved one of yours have to go into a home you could rest easier knowing they were being looked after at Red Hill Court.
A big thank you.
P A EVANS, Upton-upon-Severn.
