If only Gordon Brown had not sold most of our gold reserves when gold was at its lowest price.
If only Gordon Brown had not built our economy on the sand-like foundation of credit.
If only Gordon Brown had not destroyed our pensions indemnity, which was the best in the world.
If only our Labour Government supported our armed forces and treated them with the respect they earn and deserve.
If only our Labour Government would do the honourable thing and keep its stated promise on giving us a referendum on the EU constitution.
If only we could find a group of selfless men and women of stature, honesty and integrity who could govern this country to the wishes of the people and drag it back by its boot laces to being the once great nation it was.
If only.
