SIR - County Air Ambulance would like to thank all the fund-raisers, sponsors, exhibitors and visitors who came to our Open Day event at Strensham in Worcestershire on Saturday, September 15.
Hundreds of people took the opportunity to visit our base at Strensham and see for themselves the work of County Air Ambulance.
More than £12,000 was raised on the day and County Air Ambulance would like to say a big thank you to everyone who took the trouble to visit us.
County Air Ambulance receives no government or lottery funding. This vital service is kept flying by the generosity of the public who contribute the £3.5 million required each year to ensure County Air Ambulance continues to save lives across the region. We thank you and look forward to your continuing support.
