SIR - In response to the 85-year-old passenger who fell on a bus (Worcester News September 11) due to the driver pulling off before the lady was seated, the same happened to me a few days before.
As I got off, I informed the driver and received a stony silence. It is a very rare occurence if the driver allows time for passengers to sit down.
