SIR - I just had delivered small book telling me how good the services provided by Worcestershire County Council are. It says they are fantastic!
The council excelled in transportation issues and was, in fact, leaders in the field. We've got the best transport system available.
Services to the elderly are second to none. Provision for young people is fantastic.
Well, better beam me back up to the planet Zog - because I'm obviously living on a different planet to the experts who made these assessments!
