SIR - I am disabled and do a lot of shopping in Worcester.
As my electric scooter would not be able to go into the lift at WHSmith, I would not be able to go to the post office once it has moved. This is discrimination against disabled people as defined by the new Disability Act, which comes into force in July. Therefore it would be illegal to have the post office on the first floor of WHSmith.
