SIR - I have come across numerous articles and letters in the papers that seem to put the blame on those who are victims of poor education.

If education is not engaging and accessible, how can the victims of said education system be cast as the demons? Whatever the so called anti-social behaviour is, it will have come about through misinformation and frustration - misinformation due to an inadequate and out-of-date education system and frustration due to the lack of accessibility to the space needed to express oneself.

An example of this is reckless car driving. If driving was part of the education system then future road users would be responsible drivers before they joined the traffic system.
