Reader's Letter: Thank you for mum’s care
SIR – My mum Vera Roberts spent the last year of her life at Juniper House Residential Care Home, Oak View Way, Worcester.
My brothers and I would like to thank the staff at Juniper for the way they cared for her during her stay and her final days. Their conscientiousness, patience and courtesy was exemplary. They did all they could to maintain the dignity of the residents and treated my mum like a family member.
We will always be grateful to the carers for their help, compassion and kindness.
