SIR - We eat regularly at the Bell in Eckington and have enjoyed many a large family celebration there.
We have travelled to many different countries and eaten in many famous restaurants. Although our standards are therefore very high we have always enjoyed our meals at the Bell Inn.
It is regrettable that one should feel the need to justify the excellence of this restaurant after reading the criticism in the Worcester News (Food and Drink, May 25) but it would be a pity if people should take this trivial and unreasonable article seriously and miss the opportunity to enjoy a meal at the Bell Inn.
