SIR - I notice a dog mess crackdown advertised as part of a new campaign.
Under the bag it, tie it, bin it campaign, dog wardens and other authorised officers can impose £50 on-the-spot fines to people who fail to clear up after a dog under their control.
What I want brought to people's attention is the culprits who bag it and throw it down on the streets or in the bushes.
I know this happens because I have seen it.
So I say to dog owners - clean up.
Let's see some respect and stop your filthy behaviour.
