SIR - What a load of rubbish! Fortnightly collections have got to be a bad thing.
Food left festering in bins has to be the perfect breeding ground for bugs, which eventually will become a health hazard.
It seems crazy to me. Hospitals up and down the country are spending thousands of pounds to get rid of the bugs and we are all breeding them outside our houses.
My advice for Wychavon District Council is that if it is going to put its rubbish collections contract out to tender, it should make sure one of the conditions is to keep a weekly bin collection.
