SIR - Worcester City Council said it did not think that the altered rubbish collections would bring about any worries about catching disease from the bins (Worcester News, May 9).
Be that as it may be, it has left itself open to colossal damages from anyone who is unlucky enough to catch anything because of its stupidity, as it cannot plead ignorance as by its statement it knows all about it.
