SIR - They're still at it with the rubbish.
It appears now the local elections are over, the Environment Secretary will set tougher recycling targets and give councils new powers to charge for rubbish that cannot be recycled.
So who would decide what can't be recycled, because I believe everything can be.
I think this is another way of making money, which is a downright cheek because by emptying the bins once a fortnight we are getting half the service we were paying for two years ago.
I am quite happy with the re-cycled stuff every fortnight but the black bin waste should be collected every week before it becomes a health hazard.
JOHN SHEARON, Worcester.
