SIR - How amazing that Roger Yeomans the owner of Marbles, a small cafe, asked to use empty premises below his business and was refused because his business was not considered a retail business by Worcester City Council (Worcester News, April 26).
But Caffe Nero, a large prosperous business, moves into the premises and sets up as a cafe. Where is the justice?
