SIR - I saw a report on the news that a local public servant, better known as a suit, from the trading standards brigade, had wired up two youths to deceive small business people.
The idea was to get booze sold to these under age kids. The first thing that sprang to my mind was the Hitler Youth and the Nazi Gestapo, which operated a similar programme for the German youths to inform on their parents. My next thought was is this suit braking the law by engaging under age youths in purchasing alcohol'?
Could I suggest before any more suits start to even think about any more bright ideas, they get behind a counter for a few months and see what's its like selling alcohol and cigarettes and running a business.
