Sir -I know that Porters Mill Lane near Hadley is not the heart of the metropolis, but in the age of the digital camera,I fail to understand why more enthusiasts are not passing to catch the culprits of scenes such as portrayed by Paul Broome (Worcester News 12th March) at the outset so that theses photos can be used by the police in their efforts to prosecute people who persist in this blight of our countryside, not to mention the cost of clearance to rate payers.
Do people in general shrug their shoulders and pass on or do they not even care?
