Tales that sparked young imaginations
SIR – I am researching the pre-1960s history of boy’s literature in books, annuals, comics and magazines and would welcome any information your readers may have about authors, publishers, illustrators and wholesalers.
I would also like to know of any collections and libraries that have been built up over the years.
The peak for boys literature was the 1930s/1940s, so you can see, time is running out!
