SIR – I am a woman nearing 69 years of age and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis in my legs, and there isn’t anyone who knocks on my door in this bad weather and asks me if I need anything.
I couldn’t get anyone to get me a loaf from the shop on Sunday, December 29.
I have a friend who lives in Bransford who does me a bit of shopping now and again but he can’t always get into Worcester.
The police say in the paper, keep an eye on your elderly and disabled neighbours.
What a heartless lot! After all I’ve done for people.
