SIR - What great news that Worcester County Council has been given a top green award for its recycling action pack.
Although I haven't received one, I thought I would look at the website and the article was there on the home page - great - but could I view the brochure online? No. I guess I need to contact the council and ask for a printed version.
Did the cabinet member in question pay for his expenses to London for the awards do from his pocket or from us?
