SIR - I recently received a newsletter from Worcester MP Mike Foster which said if I had any concerns to contact him, so I did.
I said I was concerned that the immigration and asylum seekers system in this country was a shambles. He replied: "I do not agree."
I said I was concerned prisoners were released early to murder and commit more crime. He replied: "I do not agree."
I said I was concerned that Gordon Brown had ruined the pensions in this country. He replied: "I do not agree."
I said I was concerned that the level at which inheritance tax was applied was robbery of the dead and their families. He replied: "I do not agree."
I said obsessive health and safety regulations are making our country less competitive he replied: "I do not agree."
I said that council tax increases are a result of Government cut-backs on finance to councils. He replied: "I do not agree."
My advice to anyone with concerns is don't bother to contact Mr Foster, he does not agree.
My other concerns are planned Government spending on nuclear weapons, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, student tuition fees, the level at which stamp duty is applied, red tape on business, the shambles in the Child Support Agency, and there are many more.
Does anyone know what Mr Foster does agree with, except the ban on fox hunting.
R Prendergast, Worcester.
