SIR – I feel really sorry for this fellow Dean Scollan.
He’s had his details plastered over the papers and on the web.
The fellow who got the job for him wasn’t thinking of his well being, only to get his own bonus and that’s not the way to go on.
For all we know the job could have sent him up the wall and the health service will have to pick up the bill.
It’s the Tories who created this myth that all people on the dole are scroungers.
If you look at the other end and see what the MPs claim on their expenses, it’s far more than the poor fellow on the dole gets. I would class most MPs as scroungers, they have subsidised bars and free stuff so it’s a touch of the kettle calling the pot black.
