SIR – Well done, Worcestershire Royal Hospital accident and emergencyunit and paramedics.
On Maundy Thursday, my mother, who is 95 years old, sustained a nasty fall and had to be taken by ambulance to Worcester. She sustained a head and knee injury.
She has limited sight and the paramedics who attended at Sight Concern treated her very attentively.
We were all very impresed by the superb attention she received on route and by staff, doctors, nurses and porters and the care she received in the overnight observation unit.
It is about time praise if given where praise is due.
Well done and many thanks.
