SIR – What on earth is happening to the Claines/Northwick area of Worcester?
Well dog muck is. Lazy dog owners who walk their dogs and do not pick up their mess.
Can I ask that all residents keep a watch out and report to the police anyone they see.
Can the police then prosecute and the dog owners’ names and addresses be put in the local press.
