SIR – We need help to help the disabled.

I and other volunteers run the Disability Answers office in the CrownGate bus station.

It appears we have to close as the council have had to withdraw our funding, which now means the disabled people who use our electric scooters to allow them to independently do their shopping may now not be able to.

Also others can call in to ask advice on equipment for disabled folk to help themselves, where to go to get advice on welfare.

DIAL has an office on the top floor of the car park, but the regular folk we deal with cannot get to the top floor, they come to us via the bus or Worcester Wheels.

So many people will be affected by our closure.

We really need some advise on how we can carry on for the folk who depend on us.

Some of our volunteers have been there 20 years, a lot of our volunteers are also disabled. Can anyone out there help us please?
