In response to the 1951-52 photograph of Team Valley FC, submitted by Neville Bladen, which we published in the Worcester News on March 20, we invited readers to name the players who Mr Bladen could not remember. We have had the following letters:
SIR – My mother Jessie Joyner was thrilled when she saw my father and the rest of the team in the picture of the Teme Valley football team.
On the back row she remembers Neville Bladen and the chap on the end, who is Bill Joyner (my late father).
On the front row, from left, are Aldi Davies and his brother Jimmy, then Ray Oliver, Ernie Hayer and Billy Meigh.
