SIR – The EU was set up for trading purposes after the Second World War to help EU countries, but now it is a sinister dictatorship.
The Nordic Left group, which contains Sinn Fein and Ireland’s Socialist Party, wants to abolish betting because it says it may corrupt people.
Nadja Hirsch, a German MEP, wants a law that mass media must only report positively about immigration to alter people’s opinion, which is legalised brainwashing.
Labour MEPs in the socialist group want to ban all parties hostile to the EU and ban them from elections.
If things go on like this, the editor of the Worcester News could find himself under arrest for printing letters questioning the EU.
A europhobia charge questioning immigration could get him a hate crime charge.
A collegue or neighbour could report your conversations soon.
Stalin would be proud of the way the EU is shaping up.
Where it is leading?
Trade? Yes. Dictatorship?
No.
