SIR – Re ‘Planning boss puts case for advertising boards’ (Worcester News, February 27).
I certainly am very concerned about the multitude of clutter on Worcester’s main streets.
When the city is busy with pedestrians, it’s a big hazard and shouldn’t be allowed.
I find it hard to believe that people are truly influenced by these boards.
In fact, ifI was not myself disabled,I would do a bit of research and check out the amount of people who are influenced by the boards.
Let’s face it, you go to the place where you get good service and a good price, not by looking at A-boards scattered around this town.
It’s a mess.
