LLOYDS TSB’s branch in Vicar Street, Kidderminster is opening for 11 extra hours a week.
The move is part of the bank’s Convenient Branches programme, launched across the Bristol and South Midlands region.
The Kidderminster branch, which previously opened on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm will now move to a full Saturday working day service, from 9am to 5pm.
It will also stay open later during the week, closing an hour later each day at 6pm, except on Thursdays, when it will stay open until 7pm.
Bank bosses said that Lloyds TSB was meeting customer needs, so, where customers had indicated that opening hours were not always convenient for them, the branches were opening for longer and later.
