DROITWICH company Train-2Succeed is celebrating as staff move into opulent new premises, which have been designed to create an environment conducive to training and learning.
Train2Succeed was created after caring and nursing professionals identified a real need for a quality-training provider that was able to address existing training deficits in the current very limiting climate.
Additionally the company is able to respond to gaps in a changing legislative sector
by tailoring programmes that simply fit the bill in terms
of course content and value for money.
Its new spacious premises on Berry Hill's Roman Way gives it the green light to expand
its operations.
But more importantly is
the creation of an environment from which clients can
make the most of the benefits
given by their vocational and statutory learning.
Train2Succeed has a wide range of training programmes in an extensive portfolio, including statutory modules such as health and safety and manual handling.
It also incorporates the more complex programmes devised for people caring for those with specific medical conditions, such as dementia,
and helping them to cope with clients that are behaviourally challenging.
Courses can be delivered in-house, on-site or even on a one-to-one basis, but they have one common denominator which unites them.
Managing director Sue Rickwood explained: "Train2-Succeed has been created through demand and supply as opposed to the opposite traditional business model.
"We have harnessed the expertise of some of the very best trainers in our region to deliver our programmes.
"But it's not just that, we are able to respond to areas in training where there is a void, more often than not brought about by new legislation.
"Senior managers in the care-sector have a broad enough remit in keeping abreast of regulatory requirements without having
the additional headache of making sure their staff
are trained.
"We can respond very quickly to any training needs brought about by the ever-changing legislation.
"The move to the new premises does not only allow us to expand our operations and add to our portfolio of training programmes, but also we have created a pleasant environment from which people can maximise their learning experience.
"They gain all this as well as sharing best practice with other like-minded carers."
