WORCESTER contract cleaning firm All Clean has received a major award for its commitment to workforce development by ensuring every member of its staff undergoes proper training.
The company, of County House in St Mary’s Street, was named employer of the year in the Employer Excellence Star Awards organised by METtraining – the training and business development directorate based at Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands – and Matthew Boulton Colleges.
Mark Weston, All Clean’s managing director, said: “Cleaning companies usually don’t win awards and so it is wonderful that our zeal for training has been acknowledged.”
One hundred of All Clean’s 145 staff have so far attended NVQ courses in cleaning, customer service and business administration.
