HUSBAND and wife entrepreneurs Terry and Lyn Thompson, from Worcester, have added yet another string to their business bow.
The couple behind the success of BowlXtreme in Droitwich Road have now opened a £200,000 purposebuilt entertainment and hospitality suite next door on Perdiswell Leisure Park.
Called the Edgar Suite, the air conditioned room with a bar, stage, dance floor, large projection screen and special lighting system can cater for up to 200 guests and is aimed at the function, party and conference trade.
Cutting-edge technology has been combined with the latest decor in a bid to create what the owners hope will become Worcester’s premier party venue.
“Whether it is winter or summer, this air conditioned suite is the ideal venue to hold any event in comfort and style,” said general manager Alan Mason.
Bookings are already being taken for seasonal Christmas and New Year parties in the new suite.
