ADRIAN Day has joined Worcester's Glasshouse brasserie and bar as restaurant manager.
Adrian has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. He has managed hotels on the south coast and more recently ran The Oaks in Solihill.
He will be working closely with head chef Dwight Clayton to ensure high standards of service and dining are maintained. Along with his management team, Adrian will also be introducing new events at the brasserie.
Tracy Knapp has joined the team as office manager and will be responsible for the corporate and guest bookings at the brasserie.
Tracy will also be involved with the marketing of future activities, and is currently working on future dates for Shaun Hill's cookery demonstrations.
