CONTINUING its expansion in the Midlands and across the UK, United Business Centres plc has concluded a 10-year deal with Maximus to take 7,828 sq ft of space at the Wildwood Triangle, Wildwood Drive, development in Worcester.
The Worcester centre is the latest in a series of new business centres opened by UBC this year, maintaining the company's aggressive schedule of openings, which is on target for 45 new centres nationwide in 2008.
UBC aims to open its new business centre in a few weeks and managing director Philip Grace said: "The new centre at Wildwood Triangle is the perfect addition to our business centre network in the Midlands."
Wildwood Triangle is a new, out-of-town development on the edge of the green belt on the eastern side of Worcester.
Paul Jones, managing director of site developers Maximus, said: "The new UBC business centre will provide other tenants with access to excellent meeting room facilities."
