A WORCESTERSHIRE-based company is laying the foundations of a successful worldwide business with the help of MFG Solicitors.

Tigerturf of Hartlebury is the British subsidiary of a New Zealand-based company that is revolutionising the synthetic turf marketplace.

Its products are used by the sports industry and those seeking maintenance-free landscaping. The latest project to sign up with Tigerturf is Complete Football, the new training facility that is being launched by Kenny Dalglish and Paul Bracewell.

Initially based near Newcastle upon Tyne, the plan is to roll out 20 Complete Football sites over the next five years and the company has worked with Tigerturf over the past 18 months to produce a surface for a full-sized football pitch which meets international standards. The aim is to discover and nurture homegrown talent in the catchment areas of each Complete Football centre. Tigerturf was chosen to provide surfaces that could take severe punishment seven days a week.

Tigerturf has only been established seven years but has already expanded into North America, Latin America, Germany, Africa and Asia. From its commercial centre, MFG Solicitors, which has nine offices in the Midlands including one in Worcester, has been helping Tigerturf to grow by preparing and checking legal issues ranging from commercial agreements with its contracting partners and distributors in the UK and overseas, to a range of employment services and potential commercial litigation issues.

MFG Solicitors' John Morgan said: "Tigerturf is a very exciting company to be working alongside and we are delighted to be advising them on all the issues that a fast growing company faces on a day-to-day basis."
