CONTINUING business growth has led to the appointment of Lynsey Grinnell by Worcester-based Market Link Creative Marketing.
Ms Grinnell, of Battenhall, Worcester, joins the consultancy as a production executive to maintain a smooth transition from a client's design brief to completed marketing materials.
She has previously worked for marketing agencies in Droitwich and Solihull, West Midlands.
She said: "In my new job, I'll be working face-to-face with my clients and this is one of the things that attracted me to Market Link. I think it's important to develop a relationship with your clients as this provides them with the confidence that they can deal directly with the person looking after their work. It helps us too, to better understand their needs and this enables us to provide them with a better level of service."
