AWARD winning skincare specialist Little Soap Company is in line for two more accolades.
The Broadway-based company has been shortlisted in the FreeFrom Skincare Awards for two of its organic bar soaps, the new unperfumed organic oatmeal bar, which is an all over sensitive skin soap, and its lavender and rosemary bar.
Emma Heathcote-James, Little Soap's founder and owner, said: “I’m still getting over the fact we’re actually included on a list containing such huge household names like Green People, Neil's Yard and Faith in Nature. All brands we totally look up to. It’s wonderful to have our soaps recognised and independently proven to perform as well as we know they do.”
More than 150 products from more than 100 skincare brands have made the national shortlist of the fourth annual FreeFrom Skincare Awards. This follows a two-month period of intensive testing of the entries by a 100-strong team of dedicated Ultimate Natural Beauty Bible testers, each with sensitive or reactive skin, or with a specific interest in natural, organic and "free from" skincare.
Alex Gazzola, awards co-ordinator, explained: “The shortlist includes only products which performed well on a day-to-day basis and offered longer term benefits too. It’ll be for our panels of expert judges to have a final say on overall winners.”
Winners and runners-up in all thirteen categories – plus an additional award for best FreeFrom Skincare brand, Best FreeFrom achievement, and Best Overall FreeFrom skincare product – will be announced at the Love Natural, Love Organic show at London's Olympia on July 3.
