A YOGA teacher who helps pregnant mums before and after birth is in line for a top award. Janine Rusby from Droitwich runs Yoga for Wellbeing and has been nominated by her students as the best pre/postnatal activity nationally in the What's On 4 2014 Junior Awards. She will now go through to the national voting stage.
Mrs Rusby, who is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and teaches yoga to people of all ages, has been running pregnancy and postnatal and baby yoga classes in Worcestershire for more than seven years. She said: "I was flattered my students had nominated me for this national award. I was stunned to find I had got through to the next round. Most of the other nominees are national businesses, so it rather amazing that an independent teacher from Worcestershire can get through."
Parents have until May 15 to log ontowww.whatson4littleones.co.uk to vote for Mrs Rusby's classes. The winners will be announced on Friday, June 20.
