ESTATE agents Nigel Poole & McGinn has appointed a new lettings manager to run its recently-launched service across its branches in mid-Worcestershire.
Christine Jenkinson, who lives in Redditch, joins the firm after working for four years at a leading corporate lettings agency.
"We're delighted to have her on board," says Nigel Poole & McGinn general manager Gary Delaney. "She's certainly hit the ground running. We already have 25 properties on our books, 15 of which have been let, and are acting for MTEC in the Coppice Gate development at Crabbs Cross, Redditch."
Christine has been joined by Yvette Holloway who was promoted to lettings negotiator after working in sales at Nigel Poole & McGinn.
"It's been a great opportunity to set up a new service but with the support of a well-established estate agency behind me," said Christine. "We offer landlords a no let no fee' arrangement with a free market appraisal. We can provide a full management service for investors with portfolios of several properties as well as developers, with leases from as little as six months up to five years and more."
Nigel Poole & McGinn was established just over 25 years ago and is a three-partner practice with 62 employees across five locations including Pershore, Astwood Bank and Redditch in Worcestershire and the Warwickshire borders. They provide a wide range of services in residential sales, lettings, surveying, finance and property abroad.
