A SOLICITORS practice has relocated to larger offices as the business expands.
QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright has taken a three-year lease on 2 to 8 Bromyard Road in St John’s, Worcester – a 1,336 square feet office unit which is about 200 yards away from its former premises.
The firm, which has four offices in Worcestershire – two in Worcester and one in Droitwich and Evesham – offers a range of legal services for personal or business requirements. It also operates an estate agents.
The legal professionals have been based in St John’s for four years. However, the firm chose to relocate to larger premises nearby to expand its estate agency department and offer new legal services, such as wills and probate.
QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright’s St John’s office will accommodate a team of seven with staff from both the estate agents and solicitors departments.
The deal was arranged through Halls Wilkins Commercial. Charlotte Fullard, senior surveyor, said: “The property comprises office and staff facilites and has a modern fit-out, including a suspended ceiling, category-two lighting and air conditioning.”
Jean Newton, partner at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright, said: “The office will allow us to continue to grow our departments, offer new services and create more apprenticeship opportunities.”
