A WORCESTER property management firm has an-nounced a series of new app-ointments in senior leadership roles.

Premier Places has ann-ounced three senior appointments, including a newly-created post of chief executive.

Property specialist Dani James, who has been with the Worcester agency for 10 years, has been promoted to the new role and will now be leading the firm’s future business development plans.

Miss James, aged 31, has risen through the ranks at the city company, most re-cently heading up the ag-ency’s office in Foregate Street. She will continue to report to the owner Julia Williams and will work closely with her to help develop the firm’s new Student Places sub-brand.

Meanwhile, Andy Lloyd has been appointed as regional investment executive and returns to Premier Places, where he was lettings director at the former Redditch office for four years, between 2005 and 2009. Mr Lloyd, 34, was previously a director at Wulstans In-ventory Services based in Worcester and will be concentrating on regional growth, widening Premier Places’ property portfolio and managing the agency’s negotiation team.

Elsewhere, Matt Sleep has been promoted to lettings operations manager and will now focus on the day-to-day management of the agency’s customer service, maintenance, administration and inspection teams. Mr Sleep, aged 27, joined Premier Places in 2009 having previously been em-ployed by the Nationwide Building Society.
