SIMPLE SUPPER
IF you’re looking for a quick, simple and cheap way to feed the family after the expensive Easter holidays, this recipe from Philadelphia could be just the thing.
INGREDIENTS
300g macaroni
120g Philadelphia Light
150ml semi skimmed milk
75g reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
198g can no added salt or sugar sweetcorn, drained
75g lean ham, cut into cubes
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 190C, gas mark 5.
Cook the macaroni according to instructions on pack. While it is cooking, mix the Philadelphia with the milk and half of the cheddar. Drain the pasta and return to the pan, mix with the Philadelphia mixture, sweetcorn and ham. Turn into a greased ovenproof dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
