Join in the fun with our free Easter egg hunt. Pick up an entry form (from any of our retailers).

Then find all the 12 Easter bunnies in our retailers’ shop windows to win chocolate minieggs and sticker. All entries will also be entered in the draw to win Easter treats. The first prize is a Easter hamper (worth £80) and a large chocolate Easter egg for the child. Two runners-up will each receive a large chocolate Easter egg. The draw will take place at the Apple Barn Restaurant on Easter Monday at 3pm. We are also running a paint an Easter egg cup competition on the same entry form. Simply create a design on the blank egg cup, fill in your contact details and pop your entry in the box at the tills at the Apple Barn Restaurant before noon on Easter Monday.

The townsfolk will also be trying the unusual pastime of egg dancing; once blindfolded they dance across the street without stepping on eggs that are carefully placed along their route.
