X FACTOR finalist, Cher Lloyd, has lashed out on Twitter after her debut single was leaked online.
The 17-year-old from Malvern Tweeted to fans earlier today she had “never been so upset ever!” after a video featuring an audio version of Swagger Jagger was uploaded to YouTube.
It was quickly taken down when news of the leak spread.
Shortly afterwards, Miss Lloyd added: “i worked so hard, and people wanna ruin it for me, if you wanted to hurt me you've done a great job.” (sic)
She later said: ”please dont do this to me. i wish i was at home with my family, i've been through enough this year.” (sic)
Fans reacted angrily on Twitter, with many refusing to listen to the three minute dance track before it is officially released.
But Miss Cher’s first offering has also faced fierce criticism from some music fans.
Swagger Jagger is first single to be taken from Cher’s currently untitled debut album, which is due out on September 12.
Cher has collaborated with US rapper Busta Rhymes on a track for the new album which she has described as an “anthem for my generation”.
