CITY jewellers are trying to trace a customer who left her valuable earrings in their store.
Staff at Brimstone Beads and Gifts in Reindeer Court in Worcester want to trace a woman who left a set of bead earrings in their shop.
The woman had bought the beads from the Ernest Jones store in the High Street, then paid £5 to have them re-fashioned into earrings.
However, she then left the earrings at the shop.
She came back to the store on Wednesday, May 18, having bought replacement beads and again asked for these to be remade into earrings.
Because of a shift change at the jewellers, staff were not certain until later — after she left the shop — that the woman was the same customer.
Wendy Edwards, co-owner of the store, said: “If she comes in personally, then we all know what she looks like and we will give her the earrings she left behind.”
